Rent Includes all Utilities &WIFI. - We are a quiet, respectful, small, busy family looking to share our home with ONE(1) person The renter will have their own PRIVATE(Room) living Space in the large finished Basement which is almost 700 Sq Feet of space. The Finished Basement is equipped with mini fridge, toaster oven, microwave, private heat controls, Central Air, basement hatchway entrance if needed. House has 2 full baths; 1st Floor(main floor) bath is mostly used for renter, but it is shared. Shower/Bath is exclusive to renter. SHARED: C/Air, W/D, main floor full kitchen, main entrances and main floor bathroom as described. We are extremely, easy going and respectful of your space and privacy. We are a married couple who are working professionals, Our 2 School Aged kids are busy with school, homework,sports, activities, etc. So the house stays quiet because we are always on the go. We've rented prior, so we all know the drill. We'll need occasional access to basement for W/D and furnace only. We live in a very safe, quiet, fun, family oriented (some singles too) in neighborhood of all ages on a Cul de Sac. We all get along and have frequent block parties and picnics together. We live across the street from the Cheshire Linear Trail! We are LOOKING FOR: clean, responsible working professional/student with understanding/tolerable of family life.
